Position: Commercial Finance Manager (FMCG)
COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER - FAST GROWING FMCG BUSINESS - £60-75K DOE Your new company Are you interested in joining a fast-growing business that is currently expanding both within the UK and into other markets? They are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join and help support the strategic growth of the business. This role will be varied with business partnering, commercial analysis, profitability & growth analysis, and forecasting.

They are looking for someone with strong commercial finance experience - ideally within the FMCG, retail or consumer goods industries. Your new role Reporting into the CFO, you'll be responsible for:
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to provide commercial insight and decision support across the business Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts, including volume, price, mix and margin analysis Own and deliver P&L management, with a strong focus on gross margin, net revenue and cost control Drive pricing, promotions and trade spend analysis, ensuring ROI is clearly understood and optimised Provide robust commercial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and NPD Act as a key finance lead for customer and channel profitability analysis Challenge stakeholders constructively to improve commercial performance and decision‑making Develop and maintain clear, actionable management reporting for senior leadership Identify risks and opportunities, translating data into practical commercial recommendations What you'll need to succeed You'll be a qualified finance professional with proven experience within a commercial finance role, ideally within the FMCG / consumer goods / retail sector.
