International Tax Manager (12-Month FTC)

A highly acquisitive financial services business will be hiring an International Tax Manager on a 12-month FTC. This is a fully remote and commercially focused position which involves working closely with the M&A team in a multinational environment. Based in a mid-sized tax team, this role will lead on:

• M&A tax advisory, tax DD and post-deal integration
• International tax (re) structuring
• Cross-border tax planning
• Transfer pricing advisory

What we are looking for the following:

• Solid background in international tax advisory and M&A
• Accustomed to operating at Senior Manager level (or experienced manager level) in an MNE or Big 4 context
• CTA qualification advantageous
• Available at 1 month's notice or less
