Our client is a highly regarded specialist wholesale funder serving the non‑bank lending ecosystem. They provide substantial credit facilities, warehouse lines and forward‑flow arrangements to bridging and specialist finance lenders, enabling these businesses to expand their loan books  short, they operate as the capital behind the lenders.

As Head of Capital Distribution, you will lead the structuring, negotiation and expansion of funding line relationships with specialist property lenders and other non‑bank originators.

You will take ownership of funding facility structuring, oversee loan book performance analysis, and ensure capital is deployed efficiently, securely and profitably.

This role requires a deep understanding of structured finance, institutional funding structures and asset‑backed lending. Your expertise will directly support significant capital deployment growth in the coming 12 months.

• Lead origination, structuring and execution of funding facilities for specialist lenders.
• Manage full lifecycle relationships with lenders utilising the company’s capital lines.
• Structure warehouse facilities, forward‑flow partnerships and bespoke asset‑backed funding solutions.
• Analyse collateral pools, loan book performance, covenant compliance and risk metrics to protect capital.
• Conduct ongoing credit, risk and performance monitoring of funded portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional capital partners, investment funds and internal committees.
• Drive capital deployment strategy, ensuring utilisation, returns and risk management are optimised.
• Represent the business with bank partners, lender boards and institutional stakeholders.
• Contribute to product development, capital strategy and broader funding initiatives across the organisation.

• Proven experience within warehouse funding, forward‑flow arrangements or securitisation‑aligned structures.
• Strong background managing institutional funder relationships or negotiating funding lines.
• Experience in specialist lending, challenger banks, capital markets, treasury, investor relations or private credit.
• Ability to analyse loan‑level performance, collateral profiles, covenant frameworks and risk.
• Commercially astute with the ability to structure and negotiate complex capital arrangements.
• Confident communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of the specialist lending landscape, ideally including real‑estate‑backed or bridging finance.
• Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands‑on in a fast‑growing environment.
