We are currently looking for someone to be a part of the Client Services team, directly reporting to the Global Head of Client Services.
The Client Services team has various areas of responsibility, from monitoring and managing our large data centre installations, setting up advanced solutions with our clients tomaintainingrelationship with designated clients and handling on ad hoc basis client queries. This position is both technical and business focused and gives the candida tea great opportunity to learn and experience the full lifecycle of advanced global financial trading.
The successful candidate is expected to perform the following:
- Manage a team of individuals to effectively delivertimelyresults for external and internal stakeholders.
- Support,monitor and operate our live trading platforms in a 24x5 team (Shift Based Rotation)
- Monitor andoptimizeour many B2B bank and client lines
- Configure and roll out technical solutions for clients
- Assistthe sales team with developing business
- Setting up client’s accounts in various systems and according to client’s specifications
- Risk management (matching tradesmonitoringoutside of normal working hours of the Operations department)
- An interest to develop a career within the financial services industry with a passion in Financial markets.
- High analytical skills
- Stamina, flexibility, hands-on and ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Ability to work in a structured way with clients and the business unit
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise issues and workload
- To be client focused
- Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner and innovative
- General understanding of networking, Windows servers and application life cycle is a plus
- Any experience in the FX trading industry is advantageous
- Clear and result driven approach
