The platform operates from several international offices and has backed hundreds of innovative businesses across sectors including software, fintech, marketplaces, AI, and digital infrastructure.

The firm is seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join its Paris-based investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new investment opportunities, evaluating companies, and supporting portfolio businesses through their next phase of growth.

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities across the European technology ecosystem
• Conduct market research, sector analysis and competitive benchmarking
• Build financial models and support valuation analysis
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees
• Support commercial, financial and strategic due diligence processes
• Work closely with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, fundraising and growth initiatives
• Build relationships with founders, advisors and co-investors across the venture and growth ecosystem

• 4–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, or strategy consulting
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills
• Demonstrated interest in technology and high-growth companies
• Ability to assess business models, markets and growth strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong intellectual curiosity
• Fluency in English required;
