Investment Associate - Equity

Asset Partners is exclusively mandated by a leading global growth equity fund to appoint an Investment Associate to its London team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded platform investing in category-defining, high-growth technology businesses globally. The team has an exceptional track record and offers meaningful responsibility, exposure to senior decision-makers, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact transactions.

You will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, including:

• Thematic research and proactive idea generation
• Sourcing, screening, and evaluating investment opportunities
• Financial modelling, commercial analysis, and due diligence
• Transaction execution and stakeholder management
• Portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives

• 1–4 years’ experience in investment banking, growth equity, or private equity
• Strong M&A and due diligence experience
• Exposure to Technology investing (or a genuine passion for the sector)
• Excellent analytical ability and commercial judgement
• Strong academic background from a leading university
• Ambitious, proactive, and collaborative with high integrity
