What does Platform Operations look like at Ascot Lloyd?

This role is an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment during a period of continued expansion and enhancement of our platform capabilities.

You’ll act as a central point of contact for our platform partner and key internal stakeholders, leading the Platform Operations Team to monitor transactional data, identify and resolve incidents, and manage change across the platform environment. The team also supports wider operational functions linked to asset migration into our core platform partners, ensuring alignment with strategic direction provided by the Product function.

You will assess training needs across the business and maintain an accessible training environment, while identifying and driving opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Make your mark by:
  • Overseeing daily operational activity across the Ascot Lloyd Platform, including proactive monitoring of transactional data, incident identification and resolution, and ongoing change management to support a stable and efficient ecosystem.
  • Implementing and maintaining clear operational processes and procedures that support platform development and optimisation, aligned to strategic direction from the Product function.
  • Analyzing operational data and performance MI to spot risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, delivering corrective actions in line with governance and compliance expectations.
Transform lives by:
  • Supporting the continued delivery of CIP solutions via the Ascot Lloyd Platform, partnering with the Investment Team and platform counterparts to ensure accurate configuration, smooth operation and timely updates.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of clear, client‑facing platform communications, including regulatory materials, onboarding documentation and migration updates.
Build lasting partnerships by:
  • Managing and coordinating operational functions related to asset migration with our core platform partners, ensuring a controlled, accurate and timely approach across all phases.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for platform partners and internal stakeholders to align operational delivery with business objectives.
Spark collaboration by:
