Real Estate Analyst

We are working with a leading European real estate investment platform seeking an Analyst for their London team.

The firm manages over €2.5bn in assets and has a strong track record of fund raises supported by a stable LP base. They invest across Europe with a focus on residential, industrial, self‑storage, and data centre assets.

This is a 2‑year Analyst programme offering hands‑on experience across European acquisitions, fund, and portfolio management. The team is lean and entrepreneurial, providing early responsibility, direct exposure to senior professionals, and the chance to work across the full investment lifecycle.

• Support execution of European real estate acquisitions
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to inform investment decisions
• Assist with underwriting, due diligence, and investment committee materials
• Support fund and portfolio management, including performance monitoring and reporting
• Work closely with senior team members from sourcing to execution and asset management

• 6‑12 months of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related investment role
• Exposure to real estate or adjacent sectors is preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a lean team environment
• Based in London or willing to relocate
• UK citizenship preferred; visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
