Overview

Salary c £80,000 - c £100,000, performance bonus, plus corporate benefits package. Investment Banking Analyst (Real Estate Credit), London. Year 2 stage in investment banking, with a focus on real estate.

Please note conversations are targeted only with candidates who currently work within investment banking and within real estate.

• Work within the credit team on high-value real estate deals typically ranging from £100 million up to £300 million+.
• Play a key role in a client-facing environment and be at the forefront of deal execution.
• Gain full exposure to a range of real estate deals; deals are 100% funded using the firm’s own capital with no third-party involvement.
• Operate within a small, nimble, active, and supportive team to learn and develop skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability and Excel modelling; able to handle a technical case study and face-to-face interviews.

• Current experience as an Analyst in the real estate sector is essential.
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel modelling.
• European language skills preferred, with preference for German, Spanish, Italian, or French.
• Experience in credit deals within the alternatives space; focus on high-quality opportunities.
