This programme is built for analytically rigorous graduates who want to apply mathematical and technical thinking inside real-world financial infrastructure while gaining long-term professional credibility through the ICAEW ACA qualification.

Role MissionFrom day one, you will work on live digital asset and Web3 engagements while contributing to internal tooling that enables near real-time reporting and verification.
You will operate across:
- Blockchain transaction analysis
- Financial reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS
- Regulatory and governance frameworks
- Proprietary fintech software development
This role blends coding, structured analysis and professional qualification training.
You will qualify as an ICAEW ACA Chartered Accountant while developing applied expertise in blockchain infrastructure and regulated financial systems.
Few graduate pathways combine mathematical rigour, fintech exposure and a globally recognised professional qualification in this way.
Key Responsibilities- Support audit and assurance engagements across Web3 and digital asset clients
- Prepare and review financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS
- Assist on digital asset tax and regulatory advisory assignments
- Analyse complex on‑chain transaction flows and business models
- Develop and enhance proprietary internal tools using Python, SQL, R or VBA
- Contribute to real‑time reporting and proof‑of‑reserves processes
- Progress through the ACA qualification with structured mentoring
- Stay current with evolving blockchain regulation and accounting standards
- 2:1 or above in a mathematically rigorous STEM discipline (or international equivalent)
- Postgraduate Merit or above considered for relevant MSc programmes
- Degree demonstrating modelling, systems or computational depth
