Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Quant Finance & Systematic Trading

London-based | US market focus (flexible working hours to overlap with US clients)

• Talent sourcing & headhunting

  Engaging with top quantitative talent, from PhDs and developers to traders and portfolio managers.
• Candidate support
  :
  Assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling, interview prep, and managing client interactions.
• Market research
  :
  Mapping talent, tracking trends in systematic trading, quant research, and technology.
• Client support
  :
  Helping to prepare candidate shortlists, job descriptions, and presentations for U.S. clients.
• Collaboration & learning
  :
  Working alongside senior consultants, gaining exposure to executive search techniques, business development, and quantitative finance.

• Recent graduate in any discipline

• Sharp intellect, strong analytical skills
  , and the ability to grasp complex, technical material.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and resilient — relentless in pursuit of results.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Curious about quant finance and systematic trading
