Group Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Financial Controller to join our client at a pivotal time in their journey as they look to improve, enhance and develop their finance function. This leadership role offers the chance to take ownership of end-to-end financial reporting, controls, and system transformation—while managing a high-performing team and driving meaningful change.

• Lead finance teams across the business including external reporting, consolidations and finance transformation.
• Provide expert technical accounting guidance on complex areas including policy leadership
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal financial policies, maintaining a robust control environment.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and control enhancements.
• Manage the external audit process and the preparation of statutory accounts across multiple international entities.
• Contribute as a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, with a focus on a results driven culture.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical exposure with U.S. GAAP or IFRS
• Background in statutory reporting, group consolidations, and financial controls, ideally with experience in a multinational structure.
• Experience working in, or with, technology resellers, IT service providers, or related industries is highly desirable.
