What you’ll do- Provide expert tax advice to trustees, executors and heads of family offices on complex private client affairs
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a large client portfolio, including billing, delegation and monitoring work in progress
- Oversee development of new work from existing clients and contribute to business development activity
- Deliver exceptional client service, acting as a trusted senior adviser on complex matters
- Strong experience working within practice, with exposure to essential elements of private client service and delivery
- An ACA or CTA qualification (essential for this role)
- Proven advisory experience in private client tax (essential)
- Experience in the administration of estates (desirable)
- Confidence leading client relationships and managing teams
- Ambition to progress your career, supported through senior mentorship and personalised coaching toward Director or Partner
