Zanda is partnering with a scaling, revenue-generating SaaS business operating within the real asset and sustainability ecosystem. The company is preparing for a Series A raise and is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to lead financial strategy and capital readiness.

• Lead Series A financial strategy and investor readiness
• Build and refine institutional‑grade SaaS financial models
• Shape valuation positioning and capital efficiency narrative
• Implement scalable reporting, forecasting and controls
• Provide rigorous runway visibility and scenario planning
• Strengthen SaaS unit economics and pricing discipline
• Professionalise finance within an owner‑managed growth environment

• Real Estate Sector Exposure – Experience working within, or closely alongside, real estate, property, real assets, or proptech environments.
• SaaS Financial Expertise – Deep understanding of contracted ARR models, LTV/CAC, cohort analysis, revenue forecasting, and margin optimisation.
• Fundraising Experience – Direct experience leading or materially supporting institutional fundraising (Series A strongly preferred).
• Owner‑Managed Business Experience – Proven track record operating in founder‑led, capital‑constrained growth businesses
