Finance & Accounting Manager

About the Role

This position serves as the operational quality lead for the accounting and finance functions of International

ACRO and its affiliated entities engaged in cosmetics wholesale trading and third-party trade.

Rather than performing all tasks hands-on, the role focuses on supervising, reviewing, and guiding the Accounting Executive and Finance Executive, ensuring that accounting records, cash flow management, and treasury operations are sound, compliant, and aligned with both Singaporean regulations and HQ policies.

The Finance & Accounting Manager also acts as the primary finance liaison with HQ, translating localoperational realities into structured financial insights that support HQ decision-making. The role identifies key financial risks, proposes mitigation measures, and provides informed recommendations on major transactions, funding, and compliance matters.

In addition, the role supports ad hoc financial and tax analysis for new business structures, projects, or system implementations, and assesses the company’s eligibility for applicable tax incentives (e.g., Global Trader Program or other relevant schemes), working closely with external advisors as needed.

• Review and provide final sign-off on the month-end close prepared by the Accounting Executive
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements under SFRS
• Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide management with clear financial insights and varianceanalysis

• Review and approve quarterly GST filings
• Oversee ECI and annual corporate tax submissions
• Assess withholding tax exposure on cross-border payments
• Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing requirements
• Monitor IRAS/ACRA regulatory updates and inform management

• Review and approve cash flow forecasts prepared by the Finance Executive
• Supervise bank relationships and multi-currency exposure
• Review and endorse major payments and intercompany fund movements before final approval
• Monitor FX risks and ensure proper accounting treatment

• Act as primary finance contact with HQ
• Align local reporting with HQ requirements
• Prepare structured briefing notes for HQ on key financial risks, funding needs, and regulatory impacts
• Explain local financial impacts on HQ decisions
• Support HQ on audit, budgeting, and intercompany matters

• Provide financial and tax analysis for new business structures
• Review of financial implications of major contracts
• Support system implementation or restructuring initiatives

• Assess eligibility for applicable tax incentives (e.g., GTP) and coordinate with external advisors to support applications where relevant
• Work with external advisors to optimize tax position
• Maintain documentation for incentive claims

• Supervise and mentor the Accounting Executive and the Finance Executive
• Set performance objectives and review deliverables
• Ensure clear segregation of duties

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in trading or wholesale operations
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, GST, WHT, and TP
• Experience with multi-currency accounting
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Xero, etc.)
• English required, Korean an advantage due to communication with HQ.
