Derivatives & Structured Finance Associate (18 months – 4 PQE) | London

We are looking to strengthen the London office of an elite US law firm with the addition of an English law-trained and qualified associate specialising in derivatives and structured finance
.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded and collaborative team operating on a dynamic international platform, advising on sophisticated, high-value transactions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting complex derivatives and structured products matters
, including:

• Drafting and negotiating ISDA documentation
• Advising on structured finance and derivatives transactions
• Contributing to the broader debt finance practice
  , with exposure to corporate finance and leveraged finance matters

This role will suit an associate who has already taken on a meaningful level of responsibility, is comfortable working with a degree of autonomy, and is eager to broaden their skill set within a market-leading practice.

We are looking for:

• UK-trained and qualified associate with 18 months to 4 years’ PQE
• Strong foundation in derivatives and structured products
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in relation to ISDA documentation
• Experience with loan products or acquisition finance is advantageous, but not essential
• Strong academic record
• A committed, commercially minded and versatile lawyer with ambition to develop their practice within a high-quality, supportive team
