Location: Greater London
This is a commercially focused role supporting live residential development schemes from appraisal through to sale. You will partner directly with Development, Construction and Sales teams across a portfolio of c.15 projects - owning forecasts, tracking spend and supporting board level decisions where costs move beyond approved limits.
What you will be doing:- Budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Cashflow tracking at scheme level
- Partnering with PMs Surveyors and Sales teams
- Supporting appraisal models and board papers
- ACA or ACCA finalist or qualified
- Confidence working with non finance stakeholders
- Property or construction exposure helpful not essential
- 1 to 2 days in office
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Clear internal progression into Finance Manager roles
