Overview
Account Executive – Payments/Card Schemes
12 month to 5 year contract – remote based in the UK. A blue-chip global Card Payment Provider is seeking Account Executives with Payments or Cards experience due to dynamic growth.
Responsibilities- Manage account relationships with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives in a client-centric manner.
- Resolve client queries with a payment operations/technical focus.
- Interact with management at multiple levels, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Account management or customer support experience within a payment scheme or Financial Services Operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent worker with the ability to plan and execute objectives.
- Payment operational technical experience; background in Operations from a scheme or working for an Acquirer/Issuer while dealing with a scheme.
- Client-centric approach and ability to build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and internal stakeholders.
- Desire to embrace change with an optimistic attitude and ability to spot opportunities in challenges.
- Fluency in a second European language is a plus.
