We are hiring for a Financial Services consulting role in Auckland, New Zealand. Our multicultural team delivers excellence to a high‑profile client base of bank and insurance clients across transformation, technology, risk, and regulation.

• Deep financial services and consulting experience in the following domains:
• Transformation including technology and business transformation covering functional areas or domains
• Operating model, strategy, operational excellence, customer and operations, process mapping, business and personal banking innovation and growth
• Technology, core banking transformation, data governance, programme delivery, business analysis, change management
• Specialist areas such as Financial crime, payments, open banking, product, actuarial (life and general)
• Risk, regulation, controls, operational risk and remediation including customer outcomes
• Financial risk, prudential, treasury

• Deep experience in financial services and a passion for client outcomes
• Ideal 6+ years of applied consulting and industry experience
• Excellent relationship‑based business development skills and strong network
• Strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with senior people in a fast‑moving sector
• Deep expertise and a strong reputation in your field, excited to bring knowledge to a new market
• Knowledge of best practice globally and locally, ability to think strategically and motivation to learn
• Strong values and an experienced people leader, motivated by the success of your team
