• Create and manage client fee arrangements and alternative pricing structures
• Advise partners and lawyers on pricing strategy and commercial approaches
• Monitor matter budgets and performance, identifying risks and recommending solutions
• Prepare pricing proposals, reports, and financial summaries
• Use data, systems, and technology to improve planning and reporting
• Support strategic projects and ensure compliance with firm policies
• Capture lessons learned and best practices to continuously improve the pricing function
