Finance Manager – PE-Backed Tech Business (Buy & Build)
London-based | Hybrid working
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed technology business on the hire of a Finance Manager to support an exciting buy-and-build journey.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys operating in change environments and helping scale a business through growth, integration, and transformation.
The role- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Support PE ownership requirements, reporting, and value-creation initiatives
- Play a key role in systems improvement, process optimisation, and finance transformation
- Support acquisitions and post-deal integration activities
- Oversee core financial operations while driving continuous improvement
- Qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience with in a tech, SaaS, or digital business
- Strong exposure to PE-backed environments, ideally buy-and-build
- Proven systems, operations, or finance transformation experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
