A high-growth, Private Equity backed SaaS business headquartered in London is seeking an exceptional Corporate Finance Director to join its leadership team. With approximately £75m in revenue and EBITDA margins exceeding 20%, the company is experiencing strong organic growth alongside an active M&A strategy. With a planned exit within the next 18 months, this is a pivotal appointment at an exciting stage in the company’s journey.

Reporting to an established and high-calibre CFO, the Corporate Finance Director will play a critical role in preparing the business for exit while driving value creation through strategic financial leadership. The role will combine hands‑on involvement in M&A execution with full ownership of the finance function, ensuring the business operates with best‑in‑class financial controls, reporting, and commercial insight.

• Partnering closely with the CFO and executive team to support exit readiness, including financial optimisation, process enhancement, and investor reporting
• Leading the execution of 2–3 anticipated acquisitions over the next 12 months, including deal structuring, due diligence coordination, transaction execution, and full post‑deal integration
• Overseeing the end‑to‑end finance function, spanning financial controls, reporting, and FP&A
• Building, developing, and leading a high‑performing finance team capable of supporting rapid scale
• Driving commercial insight and performance analysis to inform strategic decision‑making
• Enhancing systems, processes, and governance to support continued growth in a Private Equity environment

• A recognised professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience in M&A, covering both transaction execution and post‑acquisition integration
• A strong track record within a high‑growth and/or Private Equity backed environment
• Ideally, prior experience in a scaling SaaS or technology‑enabled business
• Experience supporting or leading a business through an exit process is highly desirable
• Strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving organisation
