Finatal are partnered with a fantastic, entrepreneurial private equity investor who is looking to add a new junior/mid-level investment professional to their wonderful team. They have a strong track record investing in high-potential founder-owned businesses across the UK within a number of sectors, including professional and business services. They offer brilliant deal exposure from day one, great progression opportunities and a high-performing but low-ego team.

• You will be involved on deals end-to-end. This will include origination, due diligence/evaluation, execution and portfolio monitoring.
• You will work closely with the rest of the deal team to identify, screen, evaluate and make recommendations on potential investments.
• You will be responsible for performing due diligence assessments and producing reports (commercial, financial, legal…) for new potential investments.
• You will work closely with management teams, initiating and implementing value creation initiatives to drive growth.

• 3-6 years in M&A, FDD and/or lower-mid market investing.
• An exceptional academic track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ambitious, adaptable mindset and a can-do attitude.
