A Private Equity–backed infrastructure business is seeking a high‑calibre Interim FP&A Director to lead group financial planning, board reporting, and strategic analysis during a critical growth and investment phase.

This role will take full ownership of group FP&A outputs, providing robust insight to senior leadership and investors while strengthening forecasting, capital allocation, and long‑term planning capability.

• Own and deliver monthly group board packs to Private Equity stakeholders and senior leadership
• Lead OPEX and CAPEX budgeting across departments and operational sites
• Consolidate group budget, forecast, and actual performance with detailed variance analysis and commentary
• Drive data‑led decision making across the business through credible financial insight
• Develop and maintain long‑term cash flow forecasts and funding visibility
• Oversee accounting treatment and financial flows relating to capitalisation, SPV structures, and accruals
• Provide advanced financial modelling to support investment, strategy, and capital deployment decisions
• Partner with executive leadership to enhance reporting quality, controls, and planning processes

• Proven FP&A Director / Head of FP&A experience within infrastructure, capital‑intensive, or asset‑heavy environments
• Strong Private Equity reporting exposure
• Demonstrated ownership of board pack preparation for investors and senior stakeholders
• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis capability
• Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across complex groups
• Strong understanding of SPV accounting, capitalisation, and project finance structures
• Fully ACA / ACCA qualified

• Background in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Big 4 Deals
  , with transition into FP&A or commercial finance
• Experience supporting capital allocation and investment decision frameworks
• Exposure to infrastructure project lifecycle and CAPEX‑heavy environments
