🔹 Senior Associate / Vice President – Private Equity (TMT & Digital Infrastructure)

A fast-growing private equity firm with an established presence in London is expanding its TMT & Digital Infrastructure investment team
. The firm focuses on control and significant minority investments in technology-enabled businesses and digital infrastructure assets across Europe and selected global markets.

The platform manages c. €500m–€1bn+ in assets under management and is actively deploying capital, offering strong exposure to new investments and portfolio work.

This is a hands-on role for a Senior Associate or Vice President to play a key part across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams.

• Evaluate and execute private equity investments within TMT and digital infrastructure (e.g. data, connectivity, software-enabled assets)
• Build and review detailed financial models (LBOs, operating models, valuations)
• Lead commercial and financial due diligence processes and coordinate external advisors
• Prepare investment committee materials and support transaction negotiations
• Work with portfolio companies on strategy, performance tracking, and value-creation initiatives
• Support origination through market mapping, idea generation, and interaction with intermediaries

• 5+ years of experience in M&A / Investment Banking
  , Private Equity, or equivalent transaction-focused roles
• Strong grounding in deal execution, financial analysis, and valuation
• Exposure to TMT, digital infrastructure, or technology-enabled sectors is highly desirable
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership mentality
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-responsibility environment
