FP&A and Business Insights Manager

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international, operational services business in the search for an FP&A & Business Insights Manager for a 12-month maternity cover.

This role sits within the European Finance team and will take ownership of business performance reporting, planning, and insights across a multi-country European operation.

The position can be based in London or Edinburgh
, with some travel across Europe.

• Own FP&A and performance reporting for Europe
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
• Produce clear, senior-level management reporting and insights
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to regional and operational stakeholders
• Analyze key performance drivers including margins, productivity, and labor costs
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting using Power BI and related tools
• Work with group Finance systems to ensure consistent, accurate reporting

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• FP&A or business performance experience in a multi-entity environment
• Background in a low-margin, cost-focused business is beneficial
• Strong Excel and Power BI capability
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Able to step into a role quickly and operate with minimal handover
