Investment Banking Analyst

We are working with a highly regarded elite boutique investment bank in London that is continuing to expand its Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) franchise following a sustained period of deal success across Europe and globally. The firm has built an exceptional reputation for advising founders, high-growth corporates, and leading private equity sponsors on complex, high-impact transactions.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Investment Banking Analyst to join a lean, intellectually rigorous team where junior bankers are given meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to senior deal makers from day one.

As an Analyst within the TMT team, you will play a central role in executing M&A and strategic advisory mandates across digital infrastructure, telecoms, media and broader technology subsectors.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, strategic reviews, and capital raises
• Building and maintaining complex financial models including operating models, valuation analyses, and transaction scenarios
• Preparing high-quality client materials including pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations
• Conducting industry research and company analysis across rapidly evolving TMT verticals
• Coordinating due diligence processes alongside clients, legal advisers, and counter parties
• Working directly with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle

• 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory (TMT exposure advantageous but not essential)
• Outstanding financial modelling and valuation skills
• Strong academic background from a leading university

• Ability to manage multiple work streams within tight deadlines
