Pearse Partners has been mandated by a leading European private credit platform to hire an Analyst into their London-based investment team.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain detailed LBO and credit models, conduct financial analysis and downside scenarios.
- Assist with due diligence, documentation review and investment committee materials.
- Contribute across strategies, including Direct Lending, Tactical / hybrid capital and Special Situations.
- Monitor portfolio investments and support ongoing asset management initiatives.
- 1–3 years of experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance or Private Credit.
- Strong financial modelling and credit analysis capability.
- Solid understanding of capital structures and transaction processes.
- High attention to detail, commercial judgement and ability to operate in a fast-paced deal environment.
