A dynamic software platform that has a global footprint and a strong growth trajectory is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to lead the group reporting function for a full maternity cover.

As Interim Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of group financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple European entities. You will play a key role in ensuring audit readiness, managing internal/external stakeholders, while supporting the finance team with high-quality financial reporting across the group.

• Lead the group reporting function across US, APAC and EMEA
• Manage the preparation and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Lead and complete all audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors and advisors.
• Provide strategic support to the CFO through business analysis and performance reporting.
• Assess and enhance the company’s KPI scorecard to drive data-led decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the finance function.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a multi-entity, international environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with audit processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in a private equity-backed business is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
