Corporate Tax Manager & Assistant Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking a Manager to join their Corporate Tax Compliance and Advisory team. The role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse client base and provide expert guidance on UK corporation tax matters. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison for clients, manage tax advisory projects, and ensure delivery of high-quality tax solutions. The position is based in London, with consideration for candidates from other regions.

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients and understand their business needs
• Manage tax advisory projects by providing UK corporation tax input
• Keep clients informed about emerging corporate and wider tax developments affecting their business
• Provide UK corporation tax compliance services
• Oversee the work of junior staff and coach them to support development
• Assist senior management with client account management, including quality and risk management procedures

• Qualified CTA or ACA / CA or equivalent
• Robust UK corporation tax compliance and advisory experience
• Ability to analyse problems, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate, and integrate information
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage own work and balance competing priorities
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Experience in building teams and developing staff
