An established and fast-paced FMCG manufacturing business is seeking a technically strong Financial Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers exposure to a large, multi-entity environment with a particular focus on complex cash flow reporting and core financial accounting responsibilities.

This position plays a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, while providing detailed cash flow forecasting and analysis to support operational and strategic decision‑making.

• Ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
• Preparation of financial statements in line with statutory and group requirements
• Complex cash flow forecasting, reporting and variance analysis
• Detailed balance sheet reconciliations and control
• Management of accruals, prepayments and journal postings
• Consolidation and group reporting submissions
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Strengthening financial controls and driving process improvements
• Supporting audit requirements and regulatory reporting

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist
• Strong technical financial accounting background
• Proven experience in complex cash flow management and reporting
• Experience with in a large, fast‑paced or manufacturing/FMCG environment
• High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
• Able to manage competing deadlines in a dynamic setting
