As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Fixed Income Broker / Sales professional with a strong background in Futures & Options (F&O), Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), and Swaptions to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to operate from London, New York, or Dubai.
The RoleThis is a senior, revenue‑generating role suited to a broker with an established client network and a proven track record within fixed income derivatives markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client relationships, generating flow, and expanding the firm’s presence across institutional markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients including banks, hedge funds, and asset managers.
- Execute and broker transactions across F&O, IRS, and Swaptions markets.
- Generate new business and expand the firm’s client franchise within fixed income derivatives.
- Provide clients with market colour, pricing insight, and trade ideas.
- Work closely with internal trading, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless trade execution.
- Maintain strong knowledge of global fixed income markets and derivatives products.
- Ensure all activity complies with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s global broking platform.
- 10+ years’ experience in fixed income sales or broking within a bank, broker‑dealer, or interdealer broker.
- Demonstrated experience across F&O, Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), and Swaptions.
- Strong existing institutional client relationships.
- Proven revenue generation and business development track record.
- Deep understanding of global rates markets and derivatives products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
