• Participate in skills workshops, activities, speaker series, and learning sessions.
• Network and meet teams from analysts to managing directors.

You may be considered and fast‑tracked for interviews for our 10‑week Summer Internship programme the following year (2027).

• Have strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Are team players who can collaborate in a fast‑paced environment across teams and regions, delivering accurate results under pressure.
• Have a genuine interest in finance and the global macroeconomic environment, with curiosity for current affairs.
• Bring good interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Programming and data analytics skills (e.g. Python, R, Java, SQL, C++) are desirable but not required.
• Have business‑level fluency in English, with additional languages (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) being a plus.
