Financial Services Regulatory Associate; Non-Contentious | PQE

A leading international firm is looking to hire a junior and senior associate into its non-contentious Financial Services Regulatory team.

In this role, you will advise clients across insurance, banking and payments, wealth and investment management sectors. The team works on FCA applications, key customer documentation for financial products and services, funds matters (advising UCITS and AIFs), issuances of digital assets and payments, and other strategic advice for key clients.

The ideal candidate will be a 2+ PQE UK-qualified associate with experience at a well-regarded FS Reg practice, advising clients regulated by the FCA/PRA on matters relating to FSMA, the Payment Services Regulations, and the Electronic Money Regulations. Experience dealing with cryptoassets, stable coins, and the use of distributed ledger technology is desirable but not essential.
