Great opportunity to work for an NHS hospital based in SW London. This is a 6 month contract for someone with exceptional accounts payable skills and a minimum of two years experience to join a dedicated, professional highly driven team. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
Responsibility Of The Accounts Payable Role- Match, batch and code supplier invoices
- Process expenses and credit card invoices
- Weekly BACS payment runs
- Reconcile supplier payments
- Posting journals and assist with bank reconciliations
The Role
- Minimum of twoyears experience in accounts payable
- Strong systems and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Six month fixed term contract
- Working from home 2 days a week
- 25 days holiday pro rata for the 6 months
- Auto enrolment pension scheme
