• £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.

TPF Recruitment is working with an established, mid-tier Chartered Accountancy practice with a fantastic reputation, to hire a Personal Tax Senior for their London office on either a full‑time basis.

The primary role will be to deliver an efficient and proactive tax service to a variety of clients, ensuring that their tax compliance is met and providing advisory services.

• Reporting directly to the Partners/Managers, you will be responsible for the compliance and advisory requirements of many Private Client Individuals.
• You will be providing general tax planning to the Firm's clients along with tax advisory projects with the Directors and Partners.
• Managing a compliance portfolio of mainly personal and some partnership tax returns to include monitoring of billing and work in progress, you'll also meet and liaise with clients and potential clients to discuss their tax affairs.
• You'll assist in the review of tax returns prepared by more junior members of staff.
• You'll be involved in tax planning issues, and you'll have the autonomy to liaise proactively with clients on advisory matters.

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Able to demonstrate relevant practical experience in Private Client tax compliance or planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to provide excellent client care.
• Strong relationship building, networking and business development skills.
