Infra & Energy Finance Associate

We are working with a leading mid market firm who are seeking a Senior Analyst/ Associate to join its dynamic Energy & Infrastructure team, working within the UK and European markets. • Support transaction execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and drafting of credit papers.
• Build and review financial models; analyse cash flow scenarios and deal economics.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for credit approval and committees.
• Collaborate on term sheets, mandate letters, and syndication documents.
• Assist with financial advisory mandates, including model development, review, and client presentations.

• Demonstrated financial modelling and valuation expertise; experience building models from the ground up is highly valued.
• Commercial mindset with familiarity with structuring, risk analysis, and sector-specific knowledge (energy & infrastructure).
• Transaction experience in debt financing preferred, ideally gained in banking, advisory, fund, or sponsor environments.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
