Revenue Control Assistant

I am currently working with one of our Prestigious Law Firm clients with the recruitment of a Revenue Control Assistant on a 6 month Fixed Term Basis. This role is designed to support the firm’s billing and credit control function by preparing invoices, managing debt collection, resolving client queries, and maintaining accurate financial records. It includes producing regular debtor/WIP reports, issuing statements, processing payments, and assisting fee earners and revenue controllers.

• Prepare and send invoices
• Support debt collection and chase overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate financial and chasing records
• Produce debtor/WIP reports and statements
• Process payments and receipts
• Handle time transfers, write‑offs, disbursements, and interest postings
• Provide admin support to billing and revenue teams

• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to follow procedures and manage deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and general IT systems
• Willingness to learn billing and finance processes
• Any admin, customer service, or basic finance experience is beneficial
