Management Accountant

Management Accountant (Progression to Financial Controller) £40,000 – £55,000 York region An established British manufacturing business is looking for a Management Accountant with genuine succession into a future Financial Controller role. You’ll work closely with the current FC and gain increasing exposure to the MD as you grow. The role includes:
Monthly management accounts Cashflow & treasury management Business-wide financial reporting Budgets & forecasting Payroll Sales & purchase ledger Supervising a Business Administrator What you’ll bring:
Strong technical accounting skills High attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines Excellent organisational ability Desirable:
Sage 200, Sage Payroll, Microsoft skills, CIMA/ACCA or QBE This opportunity is ideal for someone ambitious, commercially aware and ready to step up into a Financial Controller role in the near future.
