Join a specialist pensions administration team supporting a range of trust‑based schemes including DB, DC, CARE, and hybrid arrangements. You'll help deliver accurate administration, strong client relationships, and excellent member service.

• Support, train, and guide junior team members
• Check and authorise colleagues’ work
• Calculate and pay scheme benefits accurately and in line with scheme rules
• Maintain high‑quality member records and documentation
• Apply understanding of pensions legislation, Trust Deed & Rules, and disclosure requirements
• Respond confidently to member enquiries via phone, email, and letter
• Liaise with clients, actuaries, consultants, payroll teams, and third parties
• Provide clear technical information in writing and verbally

• Experienced in administering Defined Benefit pension schemes
• Strong understanding of pensions legislation and scheme rules
• Organised, methodical, and detail‑driven
• Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Clear and confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
