Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Vice President to join their busy Consumer advisory team based in London. Here you will have the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most iconic global brands in the consumer sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex transactions. Ensure seamless execution of deals, manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and handle negotiations.
• Lead and develop relationships with senior executives, private equity firms, and corporate clients within the consumer sector.
• Overseeing financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and providing high-level strategic advice.
• Help identify and pursue new business opportunities within the consumer space.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality work output.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in investment banking with a strong focus on the consumer sector.
• A strong academic background
• A deep understanding and knowledge of key market dynamics, trends, and challenges in the industry.
• A proven track record of managing and executing complex M&A transactions and other financial advisory work. Strong deal experience, including hands-on involvement in both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages would be a plus but not essential.
