THE ROLE

Senior property analyst responsible for performance analysis on both existing and potential investments and developments within the campus, and science and tech portfolios to facilitate decision making and maximise returns, working closely with the asset management, development and investment teams.

Direct responsibility for the valuation and performance analysis of both our Broadgate and Regents Place campuses accounting for more than £7bn of assets under management including: 2 Finsbury Avenue;
Broadgate Central and 1 Triton Square.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead the review and management the valuation process for allocated assets.
  • Appraisal of leasing transactions and asset management initiatives.
  • Work with the investment team in the financial assessment of potential acquisitions and disposals.
  • Assist in wider portfolio analysis and listed reporting requirements
  • Manage the annual forecasting process for allocated assets.
  • Work with AM team to prioritise and sequence work to maximise returns.
  • Work with and report to our existing JV partners including GIC; RLAM and Modon.
  • Lead on efficiency improvements in both analysis and business systems.
ABOUT YOU Qualifications
  • Graduate Degree
Skills
  • Confidence to propose solutions to complex issues.
  • Able to demonstrate good stakeholder management
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Significant experience of valuation of all types of workspace including: traditional CAT A office; fitted accommodation and fully managed product.
  • Exceptional understanding of valuation metrics and concepts and able to communicate well to key stakeholders.
  • Have a deep understanding of current market environment within office sector, active investors and pricing.
