About the Role

You will handle a diverse portfolio including high-net-worth individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, and clients with complex income structures.

Your role centres on providing whole-of-market mortgage advice, presenting tailored lending solutions, and guiding clients from initial enquiry through to completion. With strong administrative support, you can focus fully on delivering expert advice and building trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert whole-of-market Mortgage and Protection advice
  • Assess client circumstances and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
  • Manage HNW, UHNW, and complex mortgage cases efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with administration and protection teams to ensure smooth case progression
  • Build, develop, and sustain strong long-term client and introducer relationships
  • Ensure all advice is compliant, accurate, and fully documented

Skills and Experience Required
  • CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
  • Proven experience managing HNW or complex mortgage cases
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing a busy pipeline
  • Able to deliver thorough, impartial, compliant whole-of-market advice
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver excellent outcomes
