Corporate Tax Senior Manager​/Director - Hybrid

Sheridan Maine is partnering with a fast-growing accountancy practice in London to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Director. This is a senior, client-facing role within a dynamic and expanding team, offering the opportunity to lead complex corporate tax engagements while supporting business growth.

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing expert advice on compliance, planning, and structuring.
• Lead corporate tax compliance, including preparation and review of CT returns, computations, and advisory reports.
• Advise on complex transactions, reorganisations, group structures, and cross-border matters.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to the growth and capability of the tax team.
• Support business development initiatives, building relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.

• ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive experience in corporate tax within a professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and regulations.
• Proven client management skills, with the ability to lead teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness, able to provide practical solutions to clients.
