Accounts Assistant
Westminster, London (Hybrid) - Salary: £30,000 to £32,000
My client are a well‑established property company based in Westminster who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional with transactional experience in the property sector to further their career within a supportive and stable finance team.
Key Responsibilities- Process supplier invoices and assist with payment runs.
- Perform bank reconciliations and allocate receipts accurately.
- Support month‑end processes and reporting.
- Assist with client and property accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider finance team to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant within the property sector.
- Hands‑on experience with QUBE (MRI QUBE) is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location:
Office based in Westminster, 3 days in office and 2 days WFH
Working hours:
8.30am to 5.30pm
