Do you enjoy solving complex corporate and OMB tax puzzles for a wide range of clients - from ambitious small practices to top-tier accountancy firms?
Our client, a leading tax advisory service is looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Consultant to translate complex tax rules into clear, practical advice clients can confidently act on. - Delivering clear, well-reasoned and defensible advice aligned with current legislation and HMRC practice
- Taking ownership of workload planning to ensure delivery against agreed deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Providing technical leadership through second opinions, peer review, and ongoing support to colleagues
- Actively contributing ideas and initiatives to enhance client service delivery and operational effectiveness
- Supporting marketing and business development through authoritative technical content and insight
- Group reorganisations (demergers, hive ups/downs, MBOs)
- OMB and corporate tax advisory
- UK aspects of international tax (residency, CIR, high-level exposure to transfer pricing, CFCs, BEPS)
- Loan relationships and intangibles regime
- Substantial Shareholding Exemption (SSE)
- Business Asset Disposal Relief
- Corporation tax losses, associated companies, QIPs
- Company purchase of own shares
- Tax clearances

This is a multi-award-winning workplace with a fast-paced, ambitious environment where results matter and ideas are valued.
You’ll join a supportive, technically strong team, have access to diverse client work, and play a key role in delivering exceptional advisory services.
If you’re ambitious, client-focused, and passionate about technical tax advisory, this could be your next career move!
