A tech enabled financial services organisation is seeking an Accounts Assistant to work directly for the Financial Controller. This is a hands‑on role covering transactional finance, month‑end support and audit/compliance activity.
Key Responsibilities- Processing supplier invoices, payments and expenses
- Preparing bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
- Posting month‑end journals and supporting the close process
- Assisting with management accounts and trial balance support
- Assisting with VAT and statutory accounts
- Ad‑hoc support across finance and operations
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- 2-3 years experience working in a finance function
- Studying for ACCA/CIMA - study support available
- Financial services / Fintech experience preferred but not essential
This is a great role where you will work directly for an impressive Financial Controller who is looking for somebody they can develop.
