A globally respected professional services firm with a strong footprint in listed markets. The financial reporting team supports PLCs and businesses preparing for market by delivering annual reports, interim statements, IFRS conversions and finance function support.

With a strong workflow - often referred work from larger accounting firms, the team is trusted to execute critical financial reporting and technical accounting work streams linked to public market activity. Clients range from micro-cap listed entities to mid-cap IPO candidates, many with lean finance teams and complex reporting requirements.

You operate as an embedded extension of the finance function, focused on execution, accuracy and delivery.

• Lead annual and interim reporting for listed clients
• Deliver IFRS conversions and technical accounting work streams
• Manage junior team members and review output
  
  Support finance function build-out and reporting preparation for market events

• ACA qualified with Manager-level experience in audit or financial reporting
• Strong IFRS reporting expertise
• Experience managing clients and developing junior staff
• Clear, confident communication suited to a client-facing role

You’re a technically strong reporting professional who wants broader exposure than audit or a single in-house role. You enjoy owning delivery, managing stakeholders and working across varied reporting challenges.
