Location: Greater London
Linear Partners are helping a leading Tier 1 US Investment Bank in their search for a VP or Senior Associate to join their TMT / Digital Infrastructure team in London.
Key responsibilities:- Execution of M&A transactions in the TMT / Digital Infrastructure space
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documents
- Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction
- Manage and mentor the Analysts within the team
- 3-9 years working in an Investment Bank focussing on M&A transactions in the TMT / Digital Infrastructure space
- Ability to take a lead role in the negotiation and execution of transactions
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
