🏗️ Finance Assistant 📍 Near Green Park, London | 💰 £35,000

This is a hands‑on role supporting live development projects — not just processing invoices, but gaining real exposure to project finance and cost tracking.
What you’ll do:- Process supplier and subcontractor payments
- Manage AP/AR and bank reconciliations
- Support monthly management accounts
- Track development costs against budgets
- Assist with VAT and CIS returns
- 1–3 years' finance experience
- AAT qualified or part‑qualified ACCA/CIMA (or relevant degree)
- Strong Excel skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
- Property or construction experience a bonus
- ÂŁ35,000 salary
- Central London office near Green Park
- Exposure to high‑value development projects
- Study support and progression opportunities
